FORMER MISS TUSTIN'S
A lot has changed in my life since giving up my crown in 2003. I was married in June of that year and lived the first year of my marraige in Anaheim Hills. My husband chose to transfer to Atlanta, thus we packed up and moved to Georgia in August of 2004. We have settled in the suberbs of Atlanta and are enjoying the South and all its charms. I am currently a homemaker and we are expecting our first baby this May. For now we are living the American dream, we live in a big house, have 2 dogs running around the yard, and with the birth of our baby, will soon be raising a family.
I am currently attending New York University where I am working toward my 2 majors of Early Childhood Education and Journalism. When I am not going to classes, I am going to volleyball practice where I am the outside hitter for the woman's volleyball team. I am absolutely in love with New York City and am enjoying the amazing culture of this metropolis, especially the shopping. Though I miss my home and my family a lot, I am grateful to have this opportunity of studying in such a renown city where I feel that I have truly grown and matured as a young woman.
Cindy Stuck will be teaching English and Music.in China for the 2007/2008 school year. She finished her Masters of Music in Conducting at Azusa Pacific Universtiy in December of 2006. She has taught elementary school music for the past five years and will teach music at the community college level when she returns from China.
Pamela graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton in 2003 with a degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations. She was married in July of 2005 and honeymooned in the Caribbean with husband Matt Sailor. They currently reside in Laguna Hills with their Pug, Ginger and Shih Tzu, Bonzai.. Pamela works for a homeless shelter for pregnant women and babie  and in her free time volunteers for a number of organizations in Orange County, including the Miss Tustin committee. She was also cast to be in the Pageant of the Masters last summer in Laguna Beach.
I am currently attending Santiago Canyon college and I plan on applying to UCLA and UC Berkeley majoring in International Politics with the intention of law school. While attending college I have found endless chances to be involved with my school including model United Nations and Associated Student Body as the Minister of Health Awareness. The MIss Tustin Organization ignited my passion for the community and this summer I plan on being a camp counsler with children whose siblings have cancer. Without the Miss Tustin Organization I never would have been aware of all the various opportunities that surround me in my everyday life. I hope to travel the world and embark on any adventure that is thrown my way.
Since having the honor of holding the 2001 title, I have had a blast exploring  the vast opportunities  life has to offer! In 2005 I graduated with honors from the University of California Santa Barbara, with double majors in Communication and English Literature. Shortly after in the fall of 2006, I returned to Italy after studying abroad there after college. While living in Florence for 6 months, I completed an internship translating, writing, and doing some on-screen presenting for a local television show. I absolutely love all things Italian and continue to keep up my language and cultural studies whenever possible with friends and family. My newest adventure will take place in San Francisco, where I have recently accepted a job in the Advertising Department of the foremost financial and news publication in the world, The Wall Street Journal. I really can't wait to start my career in a busting cultural center among great friends. I am so happy that the Miss Tustin Scholarship Program continues to provide the young women of our community with the tools needed to inspire and create a foundation where all accomplishments seem possible and the secret weapons to achieve them are indeed grace, charisma, kindness, communication, and community involvement. Thank You!

I am currently attending the University of California in Santa Barbara, working toward my Bachelor's Degree in Communication and minoring in Music. This is my third year, and I hope to graduate next year, and then begin my Master's program in Education. Aside from studying, I am the setter for the co-ed intramural volleyball team, and I am also a member of the only female intramural bowling team! Since giving up my title as Miss Tustin, I am still a coordinator for the National Eating Disorder Association, and I have hopes of working with the team that is already established at UCSB, making events such as National Eating Disorder Awareness Week ver special and well supported on this campus. I have the Miss Tustin program to thank for helping me to become the confident, successful student and person that I am today.
